Repairs Coordinator / Customer Care Coordinator Milton Keynes £23,000 £32,000 Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm Hybrid working after training period: 3 days at home and 2 days in the office What s Offered Hybrid working once settled: 3 days at home and 2 days in the office Friendly, supportive team with long-standing staff Guidance from an experienced Contracts Manager Varied role with responsibility and autonomy Stable employer with ongoing development opportunities Overview A leading drylining contractor with long-standing staff and a supportive working culture is looking to appoint a Repairs Coordinator / Customer Care Coordinator . The role requires someone with residential experience in a similar customer care or repairs position , confident managing defects, remedial works and patching programmes across occupied properties. A strong personality and confident telephone manner are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage customer care and repairs defects from initial instruction through to completion Schedule patchers and operatives across multiple sites and occupied properties Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, quantity surveyors and homeowners Coordinate appointments and maintain regular communication with residents Prepare quotations for remedial and chargeable works Process variation orders and monitor approval status Track labour, materials and commercial costs Maintain and update internal Excel trackers and reporting systems Produce weekly and monthly performance reports Monitor workloads and ensure resources are allocated effectively Order materials and coordinate collections Manage customer care documentation, photographs and site records Assist with resolving customer complaints professionally and promptly Support management with operational and commercial administration Skills and Experience Required Residential customer care or repairs experience in a similar role
