Technology Operations Supervisor

We re looking for an experienced Technology Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day activities of our Construction Technology Department and help grow our integrated technology offering. THE ROLE You ll lead and support our Special Applications and Field Support Engineers, overseeing technology installations within our depots and providing technical support to customers across the UK. You ll ensure systems are installed, commissioned and supported to the highest standards. Working closely with customers, manufacturers and internal teams, you ll combine technical expertise with team leadership, planning and customer support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and support the Special Applications and Field Support Engineering team. Coordinate nationwide technical and customer support. Plan and oversee installations, commissioning and machine handovers. Ensure work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specifications. Provide technical leadership and escalation support. Develop installation procedures and best-practice guidance. Coordinate engineer training, development and manufacturer accreditation. Work with Product Support, Aftersales and other teams to deliver complete technology solutions. Support demonstrations, customer trials and product launches. Maintain rel
