Project Coordinator – Oxford Martin School Programme on Equitable Allocation of Medicines

Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences (NDCN), John Radcliffe Hospital, Headington, Oxford, OX3 9DU We are looking for a highly committed individual with a passion for working in low and middle-income countries to coordinate our programme examining culturally contextualised technological solutions to improve access to essential medicines for neurological and psychiatric conditions in resource-limited settings. The Oxford Martin School Programme on Equitable Medicines Allocation aims to develop and evaluate the Medication Availability Tracking Tool (MATT), a new AI-enabled platform designed to improve the forecasting, tracking and equitable allocation of essential medicines. Working initially in Zimbabwe, the programme will bring together expertise in clinical medicine, digital health, implementation science, health economics, community engagement, policy, entrepreneurship and social venture development. The post-holder will oversee the day-to-day coordination of the Oxford Martin School programme and work closely with the Programme Co-Leads, workstream leads, researchers and professional services colleagues across the University of Oxford. They will be responsible for liaising with partners in Zimbabwe and internationally, coordinating online and in-person meetings, supporting grant applications and reports, and maintaining oversight of all components of the programme. They will also support communication and dissemination across the programme, including reports, presentations, policy materials, webpages, social media and other public-facing content. While the post will be based in Oxford, travel to Zimbabwe and other relevant locations will be an important part of the programme.
