HT323 Experienced Nanny – Hitchin Location: Hitchin Days: Monday to Thursday Hours: 9am–5pm / 32 hours Start date: Mid-October Driver: Required Car: Duty car or own car considered Parking: Available Salary: £18 to £20 gph A lovely family in Hitchin are looking for an experienced nanny to join them on a long-term basis from mid-October. The family have two young children, a little boy who will be 2 in September and a 6-month-old baby girl. They are looking for someone warm, friendly, active and proactive who has good experience with babies and toddlers and will become a trusted part of their family. The Role The nanny will work Monday to Thursday, 9am–5pm. The role will involve taking over from breakfast and providing a fun, stimulating and active day for the children. The family would love someone who enjoys getting out and about to classes and groups, planning activities, making use of the garden and generally getting involved in the children's day. The role will also include supporting with weaning, preparing children's meals, children's laundry and keeping the children's areas tidy. The family are looking for someone who is: • Experienced, particularly with babies and toddlers • Friendly and warm • Active and enjoys getting out and about • Supportive and proactive • Fun and engaging with children • Looking for a long-term position The family have dogs, so the successful nanny will need to be comfortable around dogs.
