Job Description
The
Ruth Gorse Academy is seeking an outstanding and highly
motivated Teacher of Mathematics to join our team, teaching across Key Stage 3
and 4. You will be an excellent
classroom practitioner with high expectations, a passion for raising
achievement, and a commitment to supporting every student to reach their full
potential. Potential applicants should: be either: A
trainee teacher who is successfully completing placement(s) teaching at KS3
& KS4 (applicants currently in training). or: A
colleague with a successful record of teaching with strong examination results
at one or more of KS3 & KS4 (applicants who have already gained Qualified
Teacher Status). Applicants will: Deliver
engaging, high-quality lessons at KS3 and KS4. Inspire
students to achieve exceptional outcomes. Use
assessment effectively to drive progress and attainment. Contribute
to a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement. Demonstrate
a strong commitment to safeguarding and professional development.
