Estate Surveyor

Local authority in Essex are currently looking for a Estate surveyor for an initial period of three months. MRICS-qualified Surveyor required to support the Property Team in managing a mixed commercial estate. The role will focus on Landlord and Tenant matters, including negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, and implementing new lease agreements. Acting as the key contact for tenants, the successful candidate will work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure lease transactions and rental payments are accurately processed and reflected in financial systems. The role also requires regular reporting on lease events, budget monitoring, income forecasting, and performance against financial targets.
