This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a busy financial planning team, providing essential administrative support across client servicing, new business processing and the ongoing review process.
Your Role: IFA Administrator ๐
As an experienced IFA Administrator, you will support the Financial Advisers and wider team with the smooth running of the client administration process.
You will need to have previous experience working within IFA, financial planning or financial services administration, with a strong understanding of client review processes.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple client and administrative tasks in a fast-paced financial planning environment.
What You'll Do
- Client Administration ๐: Manage day-to-day administration relating to clients, ensuring all information and documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Client Review Packs ๐: Prepare and manage Client Review Packs ahead of adviser meetings, ensuring all relevant information and documentation is collated accurately and on time. Previous experience with Client Review Packs is essential.
- New Business Processing ๐: Process and monitor new business using CURO event lists, ensuring actions are followed up and completed within the required timescales.
- IFA Database Management ๐พ: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CURO, ensuring all relevant information and documentation is recorded correctly.
- Client Reviews ๐ : Contact clients to arrange review meetings in line with the firm's established client review process.
- Adviser Support ๐ค: Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers before and after client meetings, helping to ensure the advice process runs smoothly.
- Post-Meeting Administration ๐ฌ: Draft and send post-meeting letters and correspondence as required.
- Client Communication ๐: Deal confidently and professionally with client queries via telephone and email.
- Compliance & Procedures ๐ก๏ธ: Follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring client administration is completed accurately and compliantly.
- Data Cleansing ๐งน: Regularly review and maintain client data to ensure records remain accurate, complete and up to date.
- General IFA Administration ๐: Provide wider administrative support to the financial planning team as required.
What We're Looking For
- IFA / Financial Services Experience: Previous experience within an IFA, financial planning or financial services environment is highly desirable.
- Client Review Pack Experience : Previous hands-on experience creating and preparing Client Review Packs.
- Financial Services Administration: Strong understanding of the administration involved in supporting Financial Advisers and clients.
- New Business Knowledge: Experience processing and monitoring new business within a financial services environment.
- Systems Knowledge: Experience using CURO or similar financial services/CRM systems would be advantageous.
- Regulatory Awareness: Good understanding of relevant financial services regulations, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when handling client information, documentation and financial services administration.
- Organisation: Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
