Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.


• Manage customer emails and ensure timely processing.


• Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience.


• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.


• Assist in the collection and analysis of customer feedback to drive improvements in service.
