Job Description
Key Responsibilities Monitor and patrol retail premises to deter theft, vandalism, and anti-social behaviour. Observe and report suspicious activities and incidents. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches. Prevent and detect shoplifting and internal theft. Complete incident, accident, and daily activity reports accurately and promptly. Assist with store opening and closing procedures. Provide a visible security presence and excellent customer service. Work closely with store management, employees, and emergency services when required. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
