What you’ll do at work :Providing exceptional care for dogs throughout the day.Ensuring high standards of animal welfare and reporting on behaviour, wellbeing and health.Monitoring dog behaviour, body language and group dynamics to help maintain a safe environment.Organising and leading enrichment activities and supporting play sessions.Preparing and administering feeds where required.Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises.Completing daily records and general administration.Managing bookings, payments and customer enquiries.Answering telephone calls and responding to online enquiries.Creating engaging social media content.Assisting with new dog assessments and introductions.
