Your role Interested in working in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Banking business. You’ll get to: evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions prepare industry analyses for pitches get involved in the execution of live deals Your team You’ll be working in our Global Banking team. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients. Your expertise We’re looking for a candidate who: is in the penultimate or final year of their degree, or has recently graduated (no more than 6 months from the internship start date) has or is on track for a 2:1 (UK grading system) or the equivalent in your first undergraduate degree can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team. Let us know how your achievements match the skills we’re after. Your program This paid internship will last three to six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
