Offer a diverse range of services including Facility Support, Building Services, Engineering and Industrial Support together with Environmental Solutions & Waste Management. Due to continual expansion within our Building Services division, we are currently seeking a full-time experienced Plumber / Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will be based from Dunmurry but travel throughout NI. Your new role Main responsibilities: This role will require you to carry out all aspects of plumbing work, including general repairs and maintenance requests throughout Service, maintain, and repair domestic gas boilers and central heating systems. Diagnose and rectify faults on gas appliances and heating systems. Carry out reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs within domestic properties. Respond to emergency callouts and breakdowns in a timely and professional manner. Complete gas safety inspections and certification were required. Undertake installation and replacement of heating and plumbing components. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Gas Safe regulations and industry best practices. Accurately complete job sheets, service reports, and compliance documentation. Liaise professionally with tenants, homeowners, and clients. Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and stock levels. Participate in a rota-based out-of-hours emergency call-out service. Successful candidate will need to have: • A minimum of 1 year’s previous experience essential • Valid CSR Card • NVQ level 2 or equivalent trade qualification • Gas Safe Registered A Driving licence.
