Job Description

Your new company A global organisation based in Chester is seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant to join the team on an initial 3-6 month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. The business offers a hybrid working model, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office. Your new role As Assistant Financial Accountant, you will support the finance team with a range of financial accounting and reconciliation activities. Key responsibilities will include bank reconciliations, balance sheet clean-up work, intercompany reconciliations, accruals, invoice processing, cost control, monthly performance monitoring, budgeting and forecasting support, finance systems management, reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
