Current Opportunities Level 3 Nursery Practitioners Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences Support children's development through engaging activities Build positive relationships with children and families Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and school readiness Deputy Nursery Managers Support the day-to-day management of the nursery Lead and mentor nursery staff Maintain high standards of practice and compliance Help drive quality improvements and outstanding outcomes Nursery Managers Oversee the leadership and operation of the nursery Lead and develop high-performing teams Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements Build strong partnerships with parents, staff and external agencies Drive occupancy, quality and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Successful candidates will have: A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (Practitioner roles) Previous nursery or early years experience Sound understanding of the EYFS framework Strong communication and relationship-building skills A nurturing, professional and child-centred approach A genuine passion for supporting children during their early development For leadership positions, previous supervisory or management experience within an early years setting is highly desirable.
