Your New Role As a High Level Teaching Assistant (Level 4), you'll support children within a Key Stage 2 class, working closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Duties may include supporting pupils 1:1, assisting small groups and helping children develop socially, emotionally and academically. For this position you will need to either have transferable experience, e.g. school/care background, or a teaching assistant qualification. What You'll Need to Succeed Teaching Assistant/Childcare qualification or care experience Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting Positive, proactive and supportive approach Strong communication skills Ability to use your own initiative A genuine passion for helping children learn and succeed We believe attitude is just as important as experience.
