Safe Haven Team Leader. 10 hours per week - 2 x 5 hour shifts. £16.80 per hour PLUS £4.94 per hour Shift Allowance. 17:30 to 22:30 on a 4 week rolling shift rota. Andover Mind is one of the leading mental health providers in Hampshire. Our Safe Haven service supports those in mental health crisis in Basingstoke and mid Hampshire. The service is covered 7 evenings a week from 5.30pm to 10.30pm, 365 days a year (including bank holidays) on a rolling 4 week rota, and is based at our Wellbeing facility in Basingstoke. The role of Team Leader is therefore crucial, by leading our teams of Practitioners who will deliver our important Safe Haven service. To succeed in this role you will be required to support our Safe Haven Manager by utilising your previous supervisory/Team Leading skills. You should be self motivated, be able to demonstrate experience of working with, and an understanding of, those experiencing a mental health crisis whilst remaining calm and professional in any stressful or challenging situation. So, if you have a history of crisis work within the mental health sector, have an understanding of the implications of individuals experiencing a crisis, and knowledge of creating achievable goals we would love to hear from you.
