This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting people who make a real difference to people’s lives every day across North and West Kent. As our HR Officer, you’ll work closely with managers across the organisation, providing proactive support throughout the employee lifecycle. From recruitment and onboarding to employee wellbeing, learning and development, policy implementation and HR administration, you’ll help create a positive and inclusive workplace where people can thrive. What you’ll be doing: Supporting recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation Supporting wellbeing, engagement and learning initiatives Assisting with employee relations matters and policy development Helping us continue to build an inclusive, supportive and high-performing workplace culture We’re looking for someone who: Has HR experience and a sound understanding of employment practices Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail Communicates confidently and builds positive relationships Brings warmth, discretion and professionalism to every interaction Shares our commitment to supporting colleagues and delivering excellent services to our communities Why join us?
