HELP US LAUNCH MINDSET — AND CHANGE MEN & BOYS’ LIVES IN LONDON We’re MINDSET Charity , a bold new start‑up charity in London on a mission to equip and empower men and boys with the tools they need for better mental health. We’re building something powerful — a stigma‑free space where men and boys can learn real, non‑clinical and non‑therapeutic practical skills that strengthen resilience, boost wellbeing and create lasting change. Through motivational interviewing, solution‑focused approaches, self‑improvement practices, life coaching, mentoring and more, we will help men and boys build better habits, better mindsets and a better quality of life. And right now, we’re getting set up and ready to launch — and we need TRUSTEES to join us at MINDSET . YOUR IMPACT WILL BE HUGE You’ll be joining at the very beginning — helping shape the foundations of an exciting new charity in London. You will be influential in building our strategy, strengthening our governance, and putting the systems and processes in place that will allow us to register as a charity and launch MINDSET within the next few months. Your leadership, ideas, networks and experience will directly accelerate how quickly we can open our doors and begin supporting men and boys long before crisis point. This is your chance to be part of something meaningful at the very start — shaping a charity that will genuinely change lives across our capital. WHAT YOU CAN HELP WITH We’re searching for passionate, dedicated and experienced individuals to join our founding Board and take on one of our key roles: Chairperson Vice Chairperson Treasurer (UK‑qualified accountant) Secretary (Company Secretary) Trustees with experience in any of the following areas: Service or programme development Fundraising, grant writing or donor relations Mental health or wellbeing (especially for men and boys') Safeguarding Community engagement Governance Digital, tech or communications Youth work or education Charity start‑ups, early‑stage growth, or scaling up.
