Dance & Aqua Aerobics Instructors Keynsham Leisure Centre GLL is looking for passionate and energetic Dance Instructors and Aqua Aerobics Instructors to join our team at Keynsham Leisure Centre. What You'll Do: Dance Instructors Deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality dance-based fitness classes. Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and enjoyment. Teach a variety of dance and group exercise formats where qualified. Adapt choreography and exercise intensity to suit different fitness levels and abilities. Motivate participants through excellent class leadership, music selection, and energy. Build customer confidence and help participants achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Aqua Aerobics Instructors Deliver safe and effective aqua aerobics classes in accordance with industry standards. Lead fun and inclusive water-based workouts suitable for a wide range of abilities. Adapt exercises to meet individual needs, ensuring all participants can take part safely. Maintain high levels of customer engagement and motivation throughout classes. Promote the benefits of aquatic exercise and encourage regular participation. Work closely with centre teams to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all pool users. Essential Qualifications Relevant Exercise to Music, Group Exercise, Dance Fitness, Aqua Aerobics, or Fitness Instructor Level 2 qualification. Current industry-recognised group exercise qualification relevant to the discipline being taught. Knowledge of health and safety and class risk management.
