Private PA

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private PA to support a UHNWI who is primarily based in Dubai and travels to London every other month. The successful candidate will be based at their private residence in Central London, with one week each month spent in Dubai providing in-person support. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to a smart, sharp and highly proactive Private PA who is discreet, organised and accustomed to anticipating their Principal’s needs. Hours: 9am–6pm, with flexibility required Location: Central London + 1 week per month in Dubai Key responsibilities include: Managing personal diary, travel and lifestyle arrangements Overseeing the London residence, household matters and local logistics Managing house renovations, refurbishments and property projects from start to finish Coordinating trusted suppliers, contractors and tradespeople Arranging luxury dining, travel, events and exclusive experiences Using an established network of high-quality contacts and suppliers Liaising with household staff and external contacts Representing the Principal and family professionally Handling sensitive information with complete discretion Proactively resolving issues and ensuring everything runs seamlessly We are looking for a Private PA with a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting HNW/UHNW individuals or families, with proven experience managing renovations, refurbishments and property projects. Crucially, you must already have a strong network of trusted contacts and suppliers and be confident using these connections to source solutions quickly. An appreciation for art, luxury, travel and high-end experiences is highly desirable. Above all, you will be confident, personable, highly resourceful and willing to go the extra mile, with exceptional attention to detail and a genuinely solutions-focused approach.
