Please specify which post you wish to apply for in your application.   Role PurposeWe have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Advisor to join our Customer Advice and Support Service based at the Galashiels Contact Centre. The post is full-time and temporary. You will provide advice and support to customers via telephone, email, live chat and face-to-face on a wide range of council services while delivering exceptional customer service.
