Our children are the focus of everything we do and we value the mental health and wellbeing of all members of the school community above everything else. We are currently restructuring our staffing for September and are looking to appoint additional Teaching Assistants who would like to join our team. These roles would be classroom based, supporting the class teaching in delivering high-quality learning experiences for children of all abilities, including those with additional needs. There are several positions available, and we welcome applications from candidates who are seeking both part-time and full-time working patterns. Additional hours as a lunchtime supervisor and/or in our on-site wraparound care are also available. The ideal candidate would: -       Be fun, creative and enthusiastic. -       Be passionate about inclusive practice -       Be empathetic and maintain a calm approach -       Be adaptable to support the growth of our school. -       have a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent); -       have excellent interpersonal skills; -       be able to work effectively within a committed team -       enjoy working with children The salary range for this role is Scale Points 4-6 on the Teaching Assistant Pay Scale, FTE £25,185 - £25,989, depending on experience.
