We are looking for a dedicated and flexible practitioner to deliver high-quality, inclusive play and childcare. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment while supporting the daily routines, activities, and transitions of children aged 3–11. Key Responsibilities Deliver fun, age-appropriate, and inclusive play and learning activities. Ensure the safe escort and transition of children between school, club, and home. Prepare and serve nutritious breakfast and snack options while maintaining high hygiene standards. Safeguard children and report any concerns directly to the Wraparound Care Manager. Work in partnership with school staff, parents, and carers. What We Are Looking For Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Early Years, Play Work, Childcare, or equivalent. At least 2 years of continuous experience working with children aged 3–11. Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework and child protection guidelines. Paediatric first aid trained (or a willingness to complete training). A calm, adaptable approach, using good judgment and initiative. Certificates in safeguarding, food hygiene, allergen, first aid, and a current DBS check are essential (training can be provided for certain certifications if needed).
