Cleaner

Deanwood Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Cleaner to join the Premises Department, to start from September 2026. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our school team. Duties include maintaining cleanliness across classrooms, offices, and communal areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff. This is a part time, term time only +4 weeks, permanent role, paid on the NJC pay scale E2 point 2-3 ( FTE £24,521 - £24,796 - actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £7,640 - £7,725 per annum ). The working pattern will consist of 12.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 15:00-17:30. The successful candidate will have an attention to detail, will work to a high standard, and will seek to ensure a positive educational environment through their work.
