Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive professional to work closely with families, providing early intervention and pastoral support to help pupils overcome barriers to success. Working collaboratively with parents, Academy staff, and external agencies, you will strengthen engagement in education, promote positive attendance, and support children and families to achieve improved wellbeing, inclusion and educational outcomes.About You Level 2 qualification in English and Maths Level 3 qualification in Education, or equivalent Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training, or willing to undertake Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience within the field of education, social services/welfare or the voluntary sector. Knowledge of the social and emotional factors that affect a child's capacity to learn. A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
