Role: Learning Support Assistant Salary/Grade: H3 (pro rata - pay award pending) Contract Type: 1 year fixed term Hours: 32.5 hours per week Start date: September 2026 Hitchin Girls’ School is a high performing school, graded Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted, where we provide an exceptional experience for all of our students. We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to assist in the support and integration of students with additional needs. You will have a passion for working with young people and be able to foster appropriate, effective relationships with students.
