External Advert – Kinver High School Vacancy: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Start date: September 2026 Contract details: Permanent, Part Time 33.5 Hours Per Week Term Time Only Salary details: Grade 5, SCP 7-11 FTE: £26,403 - £28,142 (pay award pending) Actual Annual Salary: £20,635 - £22,491 (pay award pending) Kinver High School is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and ambitious team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference to students' learning, wellbeing and personal development within a supportive and ambitious school community. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support individual students and small groups, delivering tailored learning and pastoral support. Working primarily within our Thrive Centre, you will build positive relationships with students who require additional nurture, structure and personalised approaches to learning, helping them develop confidence, resilience and independence. You will contribute to planning, deliver targeted interventions and help create an inclusive environment where every student can thrive. Staff may also be required to work across the wider school to support learning and intervention provision when needed. The successful candidate will possess the expertise to inspire and engage students and will be determined to get the best from our diverse cohort of students, ensuring they make their very best progress.
