Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) Engineer – A320 Family | Central Europe | Permanent Hub Selection is recruiting on behalf of a leading aviation organisation for an experienced Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) Engineer to join their technical operations team in Central Europe . This is an excellent opportunity for an aircraft maintenance professional with strong technical knowledge and experience in a Part-145 or Part-M environment who is looking to move into a dynamic MCC role. Key Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate the technical status of the fleet to ensure maximum aircraft availability. Provide technical support to line maintenance stations and maintenance providers. Coordinate defect rectification and deferred defect management in accordance with regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with EASA Part-145, Part-M and company procedures. Liaise with Engineering, Planning, CAMO and Maintenance Providers to resolve technical issues efficiently. Maintain accurate technical records and documentation within the company's maintenance systems. Support AOG events and operational recovery activities when required. Requirements Experience Minimum 3–5 years of relevant aviation maintenance experience. At least 2 years' experience within an EASA Part-145 or Part-M approved organisation . Previous MCC, Technical Control, CAMO or Line Maintenance experience is advantageous. Technical Knowledge Thorough knowledge of EASA Part-145 and Part-M regulations, including Subpart I . Strong understanding of CAME and MOE . Good working knowledge of AMOS . Proficient in Microsoft Office . Qualifications Aircraft Technical Education. EASA Part-66 Category B1.1 Licence . A320 CEO/NEO Family Type Training (Level III) is desirable. A330 training would be considered an advantage. Current Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) , EWIS , and Human Factors training. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is advantageous. What We're Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
