Powder Coating Operative We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Powder Coating Operative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Preparing metal components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation. Applying powder coatings to a high standard using manual and automated equipment. Operating curing ovens and monitoring coating processes. Conducting quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards. Loading and unloading parts safely and efficiently. Maintaining a clean and organised work area. Following all health and safety procedures at all times. Requirements: Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience is preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
