3T has a fantastic track record with our graduates going on to work with the likes of Beyoncé, Coldplay, Sam Smith, The Jacksons and Tate McRae. We have a strong reputation and support base within the music industry with partners keen to donate time, money and expertise. We are now a registered charity but our team is lacking experience in the formalities of this structure. We are a small but enthusiastic organisation and there is an opportunity here to expand our impact even further with your support. We are seeking two trustees, including a chair. We already have a lot of music industry experience so it is our priority to fill these positions with people who have confidence on the boards of UK charities. A passion for diversity or adult education is a bonus. Knowledge of the music industry is not required. All trustee meetings take place remotely so we are accepting applications from any location.
