An exciting opportunity has arisen for a polished and experienced Italian-speaking Team PA to join the London Head Office of an internationally renowned luxury fashion group. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an iconic global brand and become part of a busy, professional and collaborative London team. Initially offered on a 5-month fixed-term contract to cover a sabbatical, there is a strong potential for the position to become permanent, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a longer-term move into a prestigious international business. Based in a corporate office of approximately 70 employees, you will provide a varied mix of PA, team support and office administration, working closely with senior stakeholders and helping to ensure the smooth running of the London office. Duration: 28 August 2026 – 5 February 2027 Please note: Candidates must be available to start immediately (no notice period) and commit to the full contract. Key Team Assistant Responsibilities Provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to the London Head Office. Arrange travel, accommodation and prepare travel reports. Coordinate office supplies, stationery, couriers and incoming/outgoing post. Maintain office records and legal archives. Manage telephone enquiries and company communications. Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations. Support senior stakeholders and assist with ad hoc office projects. The Ideal Team Assistant Proven experience as a PA, Team PA, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or in a similar senior support role. Italian speaker is essential A polished, professional and confident communication style and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams). Previous luxury, retail or international business experience is advantageous but not essential.
