Enhanced DBS required Make a Difference Every Day We're looking for a Support Worker to join our Young People's Service, supporting 18-24-year-olds, including young people leaving care and those who have experienced homelessness . This is a semi-independent housing service, meaning you'll provide support and guidance rather than personal care. You'll help young people build confidence, develop life skills, and move towards independent living, making a real difference to their future . What You'll Be Doing Supporting young people to achieve their goals and live independently Completing support plans, risk assessments, and regular reviews Helping with everyday life skills such as budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and managing a tenancy Encouraging engagement with education, employment, training, and community services Working with external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for young people Keeping accurate records and maintaining safeguarding standards Working both independently and as part of a supportive team Why Join Peabody?
