Volunteer Recruitment & Coordination Volunteer

Global Health Access Trust is looking for a Volunteer Recruitment & Coordination Volunteer to help us receive, review and respond to volunteer interest and support a growing international community of contributors. This opportunity would suit someone with experience in recruitment, HR, administration or coordination who is organised, reliable and comfortable handling people information confidentially. Global Health Access Trust (GHAT) develops, funds and coordinates defined projects that advance health, relieve illness and preserve life for the public benefit. What you could contribute • Help review incoming volunteer applications against role requirements • Coordinate introductory conversations and onboarding notes • Keep volunteer records accurate and up to date • Support communication with applicants and active volunteers • Help ensure people are directed to appropriate opportunities and next steps • Support a clear, consistent and welcoming volunteer journey • Work with the Trust team to identify where additional volunteer capacity is needed Who this could suit This opportunity may suit people with experience in HR, recruitment, administration, volunteer management, people operations or coordination. We are particularly interested in warm, confidential and dependable people who can communicate clearly, keep good records and follow agreed processes. You should be comfortable working with applicants from different professional, cultural and geographical backgrounds and handling personal information responsibly. The opportunity can usually be undertaken remotely from any country and the commitment is ongoing and flexible. The role is voluntary and unpaid.
