Job Description
We are seeking highly experienced Dozer Drivers operators to join our long-term infrastructure project working across sites between Kingsbury and Leamington Spa.
We are looking for operators with experience on a wide range of machinery and projects, including bulk earthworks, remediation, infrastructure and civil engineering works.
Essential Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS qualification
- Proven experience operating all sizes and types of dozers and excavators
- Ability to work safely and efficiently to programme
- Good understanding of earthworks levels, grading and site operations
- Reliable, professional and self-motivated attitude
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Desirable Experience
- GPS machine control systems (Trimble, Leica, Topcon or similar) preferrable
- Final trim and formation works
- Earthworks and remediation projects
- Working from engineering drawings and digital models
- Daily machine checks and basic maintenance
