Private PA in Fetcham Are you an exceptionally organised, proactive individual who thrives on variety? This is a rare opportunity to work as a Private PA and EA to a successful entrepreneur, supporting both her growing business and busy family life in equal measure. Based in Fetcham, Surrey, this is a hands-on role for someone who takes genuine pride in keeping things running seamlessly. The hours are 10am - 7pm Monday to Friday and it is essential that you drive. The Role You will provide comprehensive support across professional and personal priorities, acting as the trusted right hand to a driven principal who works across the UK and the Netherlands. No two days will be the same. Responsibilities Diary and calendar management — daily, monthly and annual planning Booking and coordinating meetings, including liaising with attendees on availability Planning and booking travel, accommodation and appointments Administrative support — expenses, tax documentation, filing and drafting weekly reports Research and sourcing — venues, suppliers, service providers and experts Managing family communications, including school correspondence Organising household needs — weekly food shop, gifts, school supplies and clothing Managing the housekeeper, gardener and ad hoc maintenance contractors School pick-ups, and arranging children's activities Occassionally preparing evening meals and supervising children's routines, including homework (mostly printing off worksheets to be completed with their parents) About You Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail Calm, confident and positive — you work at pace without dropping the ball Resourceful, solution-focused and a strong communicator Warm and natural with children Full, clean driving licence — essential Must live locally to Fetcham given the hours A genuine passion for health, fitness and/or beauty industries would be beneficial
