LOCATION: Wellington, Somerset

HOURLY RATE: £14.00 - £14.50 (DOE)

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am till 5pm

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking for your next opportunity? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where high levels of customer care and accuracy are essential?

We're are supporting a well-established global manufacturer based in Wellington to recruit a well-organised and driven Sales Administrator for an immediate start. Joining a close knit, friendly and supportive team, you'll cover a variety of administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the department.

This assignment is expected to last 2-3 months however for the right candidate it may become permanent.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes and sales documentation.


• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with relevant departments.


• Manage customer enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.


• Maintain and update CRM systems and customer records, ensuring data accuracy.


• 
  Managing marketplace accounts (Amazon, eBay etc)
  


• 
  Managing and updating online product listings.
  


• Uploading product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications


• Liaise with internal teams such as finance, operations, and marketing to support sales activities and business objectives

KEY SKILLS:

• Strong administrative skills


• IT literate with good knowledge of all MS Office packages


• Excellent customer care skills


• Confident and professional telephone manner


• High attention to detail
