Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and transferring incoming calls with a cheerful and professional demeanour.


• Greeting customers and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.


• Taking messages and efficiently passing enquiries to the relevant departments.


• Managing the reception desk and maintaining a polished front-of-house presence.


• Assisting with general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry to support the team.


• Providing support to the sales teams as required, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.


• Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable, creating a positive first impression for all visitors.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an enthusiastic approach to customer service.


• Proven experience in a similar receptionist role or front-of-house position.


• Proficiency in handling phone systems and basic office software.


• An ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.


• A proactive attitude and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
