Flexibility and trust are at the heart of our culture.The teamThe People Operations Team encompasses HR Operations (HR systems, data, people policies and processes) and Reward (compensation, benefits, and wellbeing). The team sit within the broader People & Talent Development department (Resourcing, Early Talent, People Advisory and Learning & Development).About the roleDuring your apprenticeship, you will support a variety of HR activities, including responding to HR queries, assisting with processes across the employee lifecycle, and working with HR systems and people data. This will enable you to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to work effectively across the HR function.You'll rotate across the following areas:People ServicesPeople AdvisoryHRIS & AnalyticsResponsibilities include: Support the HR team with starter, mover and leaver processes, including maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR systems and completing relevant documentation and correspondence Respond to basic employee queries and escalate matters where appropriate Organise and coordinate meetings, including arranging suitable dates and times, sending meeting invitations and booking rooms Organise inter-office travel arrangements and process expenses Provide general administrative support to the People Advisory team to support HR activities, including salary reviews and talent mapping Attend Employee Relations (ER) meetings with experienced HR colleagues and take accurate, confidential notes and meeting minutes, as appropriate Produce basic reports and MI (Management Information) Assist with data uploads into the HRIS, ensuring information is entered accurately and in line with agreed processes Cross-check and validate HR data against source information to identify discrepancies, missing information or errors Follow company policies and procedures and develop an understanding of employment legislation GDPR and internal policies Maintain confidentiality when dealing with personal and sensitive information Complete training and coursework associated with the apprenticeship programme
