This position reports to: FO Lead __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while supporting the delivery of day-to-day HR operations activities across ABB. As part of a structured two-year apprenticeship programme, you will work alongside experienced HR professionals, developing your knowledge of HR processes, systems, and people practices while contributing to delivering an excellent employee experience. Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Work model: hybrid Supporting the delivery of HR services and transactions in compliance with established processes, policies, and service level agreements. Providing administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities. Assisting with maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data quality within HR systems. S
