What you will do

• Manage a professional caseload, focusing on strengths-based assessments and support planning.
• Conduct Care Act reviews, ensuring compliance with Adult Social Care legislation.
• Promote safeguarding by undertaking necessary investigations and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with statutory, voluntary, and community partners to achieve shared goals.
• Participate in peer reviews, reflective practice sessions, and team discussions to foster a collaborative environment.
• Maintain accurate case records and provide professional advice and guidance to team members.
• Support less experienced staff and social work students, enhancing the team's capabilities.
• Undertake duty responsibilities as part of the team rota to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Champion equality, dignity, and person-centred practices in all interactions.

Additional requirements

A driving licence is necessary for this role, along with the completion of an Adults DFE Form. Please note a DBS check may be applicable.
