The role As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will help shape the visual identity of athletes' brands in Formula 1 and beyond. Concepting and designing across a broad range of projects from brand identity, campaign art direction, social assets and print-led graphics. Our goal is to build the most distinctive personal brands in sport — capturing the attention of fans, teams and brands around the world. Working hand-in-hand with each driver, we create and manage their personal brand across social media, branding, marketing, merchandise, content creation, digital and more. Your responsibilities (but not limited to) Contribute to art direction and own the design execution of campaigns that bring our clients' brands and clothing collections to life across social and physical Translate ideas into polished visuals across digital, print and experiential. Create treatments, mood boards and visual references that give concepts shape and direction. Work closely with the wider creative team to interpret briefs and develop ideas from concept through to delivery. Help build visually compelling decks and presentations to support pitching new ideas. Help maintain brand consistency across all channels. Research current and emerging trends in design. Juggle multiple ongoing projects, delivering on time and to a high standard. About you 1+ years of experience in a similar graphic design role. Keen to work across a variety of design styles and disciplines. An excellent eye for detail and colour. Proactive and organised, with an appetite to learn - comfortable asking questions and taking feedback on board. Strong competency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Able to work independently and integrate quickly into an existing team workflow.
