JOIN TEAM MINDSET WE’RE BUILDING SOMETHING BIG. And we want you to be part of it. MINDSET Charity is a brand-new London charity with a simple ambition: HELPING MEN AND BOYS BUILD BETTER LIVES. We’re creating something different. A place where men and boys can build confidence, skills, resilience, connection, purpose and a positive mindset — through practical support, mentoring, buddying, positive role models and simply having people in your corner. Helping them through mental health and wellbeing. But here’s the thing… We can’t build it alone. We’re looking for some brilliant people to join TEAM MINDSET and help us turn the idea into reality. THERE’S MORE THAN ONE WAY TO GET INVOLVED We’re looking for people who’d love to contribute their time, skills, experience, ideas or enthusiasm in areas including: 1. Charity Leadership & Strategy Help shape the future of MINDSET. 2. HR & Volunteer Support Help us create an amazing experience for our volunteer community. 3. Fundraising Help us find the resources to reach more people. 4. Marketing & Communications Help tell the MINDSET story and get people talking. 5. Social Media & Content Create content that inspires people to take that next step. 6. Community Partnerships Help us connect with organisations and communities across London. 7. Programme Support Help us create positive, welcoming experiences for the men and boys we support. 8. Mentoring & Buddying Be someone in another person’s corner. 9. Events Help bring people together. 10. Digital & Technology Help us build the digital side of MINDSET. 11. Administration & Organisation Help keep things moving behind the scenes. 12. Creative Skills Photography. Video. Design. Writing. And plenty more. And if you’ve got a skill we haven’t mentioned… WE’D STILL LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU. THIS ISN’T ABOUT HAVING THE PERFECT CV. You don’t need to have worked for a charity before. You don’t need to know everything. You don’t need to be an expert. You just need to bring something you’re good at, something you’re passionate about, or simply a willingness to get involved.
