Restaurant Team Member – Serve Up Great Experiences with Britain’s Oldest Brewer!

Where You’ll Be Working
The Fish on the Green is situated on Bearsted Green, a picturesque village near Maidstone in Kent. It is a converted stable block, which has now been completely renovated and is one of Kent’s best seafood restaurants, listed in the Michelin Guide and the proud holder of two AA Rosettes.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and ensure they feel valued throughout their visit.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organised dining area and uphold hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Contribute ideas to improve the guest experience.
