Event and Sales Coordinator

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing luxury brand based at a stunning boutique hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge. You’ll be right at the centre of the action, helping turn ideas into events, from corporate gatherings and private celebrations to high-profile events. We’re looking for someone bright, ambitious and full of energy who wants to learn, get stuck in and make things happen. What you’ll be doing Responding to event enquiries and securing bookings Building strong relationships with clients, prospective clients and suppliers Show clients around the venue and help them picture their event coming to life Collect and review feedback to improve future events Work closely with the Events & Sales Manager and wider team on projects and ad hoc tasks Manage event records, contracts, invoice and general administration Get involved in marketing, content, research and outreach, helping grow the brand and identify new business opportunities. Get involved wherever needed; no two days will be the same About you: Experience in events is not essential Highly organised, you can juggle different tasks and keep things moving A great communicator, confident speaking to clients and colleagues and building strong relationships with your team Bright and switched on, you think quickly and aren’t afraid to get stuck in Confident and professional with excellent written and spoken skills A positive can-do approach If you’re looking for your first exciting step into luxury events, we’d love to hear from you.
