We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant / Office Manager to support the founder of a successful independent fashion business. This is a broad and varied hybrid role, combining business PA, office management and private PA responsibilities. As a trusted right hand, you will take ownership across both professional and personal matters, from diary and travel management to office operations and household administration. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, discreet and proactive, with proven experience as a PA, EA or Office Manager, ideally supporting a founder or business owner. You will be confident using Excel and AI tools, comfortable handling confidential and financial information, and able to manage multiple priorities with calm efficiency. A warm, practical approach, strong attention to detail and a willingness to roll up your sleeves are essential. Business Support Duties Manage diary, travel and appointments, including seasonal buying trips Run day-to-day office administration and coordinate team meetings Assist with finance administration, invoices and supplier payments Manage buying administration, orders and brand communications Support social media planning and LinkedIn activity Assist with HR administration and staff requirements Oversee store maintenance and service schedules Produce sales reports and support business projects, including a new website Help organise events and take ownership of ad hoc projects Private Support Duties Manage household, insurance, bills and travel administration Coordinate everyday personal and family arrangements Manage school correspondence and family administration Assist with house move logistics and setting up new accounts Liaise with financial advisers on pensions and investments An interest in fashion and premium contemporary brands would be an advantage, but not essential.
