This is a highly visible role at the heart of the business, offering the opportunity to work closely with one of the firm's most senior leaders and become a true strategic partner. Joining a collaborative and high-performing CEO Office team, you will play a key role in ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. The role Complex diary management across multiple time zones Coordinating international travel, itineraries and logistics Managing confidential communications and correspondence Building relationships with senior stakeholders globally Supporting leadership meetings, events and offsites Managing expenses and overseeing administrative processes Anticipating challenges and proactively finding solutions The company A globally respected private equity firm known for its collaborative culture, high standards and commitment to professional development.
