Executive Assistant - Investor Relations PR/030727 Up to £65k + 2 days WFH! We are supporting a highly regarded global investment firm in their search for an Executive Assistant to join their Investor Relations team. Working within a fast-paced and globally connected environment, you will support senior stakeholders across client relations and capital-raising activities, while gaining exposure to investors, fundraising initiatives and international events. The Role This is a busy, high-calibre Executive Assistant role supporting an Investor Relations team within a dynamic and relationship-driven environment.You will play a critical role in ensuring the team operates efficiently, managing complex logistics, coordinating investor activity and helping deliver a first-class experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Core Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pmHybrid (2 days working from home, with flexibility required)Central London Benefits Up to £65,000 plus discretionary bonus25 days holiday plus bank holidaysComprehensive benefits package including private medical, life & travel insurance, and additional wellbeing benefits About You This role will suit an experienced EA who enjoys working at pace, building relationships and delivering exceptional support within a client-facing environment. Ideally 5+ years' EA experience within private equity, financial services, consulting or legal environmentsExperience supporting Investor Relations, fundraising or client-facing teams is beneficialStrong diary and travel coordination experienceComfortable managing complex logistics and changing prioritiesHigh attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindsetStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsConfident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and collaboration toolsCommercially aware, adaptable and able to work independentlyCollaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive team culture This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected investment firm, offering exposure, development and the chance to build a long-term career within a high-performing Investor Relations team.
