We are working with a prestigious, dynamic and forward-thinking property firm to appoint an experienced Lettings Coordinator to join a busy and successful team. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the smooth running of the lettings operation. You’ll play an important part in ensuring landlords, tenants and applicants receive a professional, efficient and consistently high level of service. The role You’ll be responsible for coordinating the lettings process from initial landlord onboarding and compliance through to marketing and preparation for move-in. Working closely with colleagues, clients and external suppliers, you’ll ensure properties are accurately presented, documentation is complete and processes are followed correctly. Coordinate the onboarding of new properties, ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed prior to marketing and move-in. Maintain accurate property information across internal systems and marketing platforms. Coordinate property marketing activity and liaise with external suppliers as required. Support market appraisals, rental reviews and remarketing activity. Liaise with landlords, tenants, applicants and internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional service throughout the lettings process. Handle incoming enquiries and provide a high standard of client and customer care. Ensure processes are followed accurately and support the team with compliance and audit requirements. Provide general administrative and operational support to the lettings team, including coordinating meetings, invoices, expenses and other day-to-day activities. About you We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and be confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Ideally, you’ll have: Lettings Coordinator experience Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. A professional and confident telephone manner. Confidence communicating with clients and customers both face-to-face and by phone. The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
