Team Leader - Children's Residential Home Location: Wisbech Shifts: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM (Days) & 8:00 PM - 8:30 AM (Nights) Days or Nights or Hybrid Working We do not offer sponsorship Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? About the Role: As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and young people with complex needs. You will lead and motivate a team of support workers, ensuring high-quality care and support that promotes positive outcomes.
