What you will do

• Assess the needs of children and families referred to the Child Protection Team, ensuring the highest standards in safeguarding.
• Develop and implement care plans collaboratively with other professionals and families.
• Carry out detailed investigations and risk assessments, providing informed recommendations.
• Act as a proactive advocate for children’s welfare and best interests.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate case records and reports.
